May 2006 airline ticket was purchased through Orbitz. Aug 2006 a charge of $9.99 appears on my crdit card for TLG GreatFun. It took several days to get throught to 800 285-5903. I finally spoke to Maurice and complained about unauthorized charge and requested a refund. He intially ignored my request and wanted to explain the advantage of having a GreatFun membership. He stated I was given 3 months of free membership. I told him to check his records and see if the membership was ever used and if it wasn't used it was because, I didnt sign up for it. After several minutes of going back and forth with Maurice, he advised a refund will be given in 10-15 business days and gave my cancellation code We will see what happens C Avondale, Louisiana U.S.A.
