I've received a Citation that I'm being sued by Midland Funding LLC. I've done some reading on them and I want to do a sworn denial. What should the denial say? Does it need to be notorized? Is the denial something I can just type up, print, get notorized and take it to the court? I'd really appreciate any help. I only have 3 more days to take care of this. John Dallas, Texas U.S.A.
